Yes, all our gemstones at The Crystals Libraryare 100% natural and ethically sourced. We take great pride in offering only genuine crystals and gemstones, each carefully selected and verified for quality and authenticity.

Do you offer personalized or custom jewelry?

Currently, we specialize in raw and polished gemstones, crystals, and healing stones. However, we are working on offering custom jewelry and gemstone recommendations. Stay tuned or sign up for our newsletter for updates.

How can I place an order?

To place an order:

  • Add it to your cart.
  • Proceed to checkout and fill in your shipping and payment details.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

You may cancel your order within 12 hoursof placing it. After that, your order may already be in the shipping process. To cancel or make changes, contact us as soon as possible.
